ClaimPix is a simple to use platform that takes five minutes to implement within a company. ClaimPix can suit your organization’s needs, providing efficiency and value for a 500-person call center with a tech team behind them or a one-person operation.
Developed on the principle of simplicity, ClaimPix can integrate with existing systems, or more importantly, can be used by organizations with no integration with existing systems. Allowing companies to be up and running without signoffs from multiple departments, test out the platform and begin to incorporate it more and more into the operation as the company sees fit.
When in place, employees receive a portal to use to send links to customers, listing the photos that are required, such as the license plate in an auto insurance claim, or the Bill of Lading in a car shipment. This link is a white label website that will come from your company.
Customers will open the link, and use it to take or upload the requested photos from a mobile device. The ClaimPix proprietary technology minimizes the drain on your customer’s data as well as the time to upload images.
Notification is sent to employees when photos are uploaded for review.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How Long Does It Take To Get ClaimPix Up and Running?
The process can go as fast or slow as necessary. From a technology side, set up can be completed in under five minutes. However, the best success typically comes from a thorough training and onboarding process with key stakeholders and employees.
2. How Does The Training and Onboarding Work?
ClaimPix offers training for the platform. All employees can be trained, but it is most beneficial to utilize a “train the trainer” type process. Often there are questions and things that come up in the training process that pertain to internal processes which often times companies prefer to hash out at the management level. Success is based on organizations being able to use this platform to the best of their ability. Staying in front of users and helping them use the product is preferred.
3. How Do Pricing and Contracts Work?
The goal is to make sure that these uploaded photos add value, and sometimes a customer might not send the photos in at all. The pricing is based on a per unit (photo) basis. For example, requests were sent to 100 customers, and 50 customers sent photos back, the charge would only be for 50 customers. The contract is simple and being charged on a per-use process; there is no long-term commitment. Access to all the customer data and photos is always available.
